This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Ajontec Tools at https://ajontectool.com (the "Service"). It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Files and inputs: files you upload and text you enter into a tool, only for the purpose of performing that task.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, tools used, date and time — used for security, limits and improving the Service.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue or PayPal). We receive only the order status, amount and a transaction reference. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form.

2. How we use your data

To provide and secure the Service, process your tasks, maintain your task history, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to you, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Your files

Uploaded files and results are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 60 minutes. You can delete them sooner from the result screen or your dashboard. Tools marked "runs in your browser" process data on your device and do not upload it.

4. Sharing with service providers

We share the minimum data needed with: hosting providers; payment partners for payments; AI providers (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) only when you use an AI tool, limited to the text or image you submit; and advertising partners such as Google AdSense if ads are shown, which may use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. We may disclose data when required by law or a lawful order.

6. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Task history is kept until you delete it or your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which permanently erases your account, history and files. We may retain limited records (such as payment records) where required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Most actions are available directly in your dashboard; for anything else write to info@dreambspl.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. Persons under 18 may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls, automatic deletion of files and regular updates. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable security practices.
