Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us") operates Ajontec Tools at https://ajontectool.com. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using the site you consent to this processing; you can withdraw consent at any time as described below.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), optional phone and billing details (name, address, state, GSTIN) for tax invoices.
Files you upload to a tool and the results we create. These are processed only to perform the task you asked for.
Payment data: order ID, amount and status from our payment partners. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
Usage data: tools used, task counts (to apply plan limits), IP address, browser type and error logs, kept for security and fraud prevention.

2. How long we keep files

Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically about 60 minutes after processing. If you turn on task history in your account, the history list (tool name, date, file names) is kept until you delete it; the files themselves are still deleted on schedule. We do not use your files to train any AI model.

3. Identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN and similar)

Some tools (for example the passport photo maker and the form scanner) may process images of identity documents or forms containing Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or passport numbers. We process them only to produce your result, do not keep them beyond the retention period above, and do not share them with anyone except the AI provider named below when you choose "AI reading". You confirm that you have the right and, where needed, the consent of the person concerned to upload such documents. Do not upload documents of other people without their permission.

4. Why we use your data

To provide the tools, your account, plans, limits and support.
To process payments, issue GST tax invoices and meet legal and accounting obligations.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors.
To send service emails (password reset, invoices, plan expiry, wallet receipts).
To send offers and news only if you ticked the box when signing up or in your dashboard. Every offer email has a one-click unsubscribe link and you can change your choice at any time.

Team accounts

If you join a team, the team owner can see your name, email, the permissions they gave you and how many tasks you ran each day — never your files or results. If you are a team owner, you are responsible for adding only people who agreed to join.

5. Who we share data with

Only the minimum data needed, with: our hosting provider (servers in India or with equivalent safeguards); payment partners (Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, PayPal) for payments; our email provider for service emails; and AI providers (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) only for AI tools you use, limited to the text or image you submit for that task. Advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may set cookies only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. We never sell your personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or a lawful order of a government authority.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or update your data in your dashboard; ask us for a summary of the data we hold; withdraw consent; ask us to delete your account and data (unless we must keep some records, such as invoices, by law — usually 8 years under GST law); and nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity. 7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, optional two-step verification, access controls and automatic file deletion. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach affects you we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

8. Children

The service is not meant for children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, use the site only with your parent's or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly track children or show them targeted advertising.

9. Grievance Officer

In line with the IT Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act, our Grievance Officer is K Raj Vardhan, email info@dreambspl.com, address: 2nd Floor, Tajpur Road, Dharampur Chowk, Near Reliance Smart Point , Samastipur, Bihar 848101. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page with its date; important changes are shown on the site or emailed to you.
