Ajontec Tools provides online software services only. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery of paid plans

Your paid plan is activated instantly after the payment partner confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. You can see the active plan and its validity on your dashboard. A confirmation is shown on screen after payment.

Delays

If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@ajontec.com with the order ID and we will activate it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service area

The Service is available worldwide over the internet. Prices on the pricing page are shown in INR, and in USD for international payments where available.
