Reseller & Partner Agreement

This agreement is between Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we") and any business or person approved as a reseller or referral partner of Ajontec Tools ("you").

1. Prepaid wallet

You buy plans for your customers from a prepaid wallet. Money is added online or by us after a confirmed bank transfer. The wallet is credit for our services only; it does not earn interest and is not a bank account. A tax invoice is issued for every online top-up.

2. Prices and commission

Your cost for each plan is the public price minus your commission, shown in your panel before every purchase. We may change commission rates, levels or plan prices for future purchases with notice in the panel; purchases already made are not affected.

3. Your customers

You may set your own selling price. You are responsible for billing your customers, collecting payment and any taxes on your sales. Customers' accounts belong to the customers: you can see their name, email, plan and expiry only — never their passwords, files or activity. You must have the customer's permission to create an account for them and must not create accounts for people who did not ask for one.

4. Renewals

Customers you add renew through you. If you are unavailable, suspended or do not respond to renewal requests within a reasonable time, we may renew, support or transfer those customers directly so that they are not left without service.

5. Referral commission

Referral partners earn the stated percentage of direct purchases made by customers who signed up through their link, credited to the wallet after the payment is confirmed. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or misleading advertising are not allowed and void any commission.

6. Refunds and withdrawals

Wallet money is used for purchases on Ajontec Tools. Unused balance may be refunded on written request, minus payment gateway charges, at our discretion and after checking for misuse. Completed plan activations are not refundable to the wallet except where the plan could not be delivered.

7. Security

Keep your login and 2-step verification secure. Actions taken from your account are your responsibility. Tell us immediately at support@ajontec.com if you suspect misuse.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a reseller account for breach of this agreement, our Terms or the law. Your customers keep their active plans. Either side may end this agreement; remaining wallet balance is handled as in section 6.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with courts at Samastipur having jurisdiction. Our Terms of Service also apply.
