This agreement is between Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we") and any business or person approved as a reseller or referral partner of Ajontec Tools ("you"). By applying or using the reseller panel you accept it, together with our Terms of Service.

1. Appointment

You are appointed as a non-exclusive, independent reseller. You are not our employee, agent or franchisee and may not make promises on our behalf beyond the plan features shown on our Pricing page.

2. Prepaid wallet

You buy plans for your customers from a prepaid wallet. Money is added online or by us after a confirmed bank transfer. The wallet is advance payment for our services only; it does not earn interest and is not a bank account or deposit. A GST tax invoice is issued for every online top-up (please add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit).

3. Prices and commission

Your cost for each plan is the public price minus your commission (currently up to 40%), shown in your panel before every purchase. You are free to decide your own selling price. We may change commission rates or plan prices for future purchases with notice in the panel; purchases already made are not affected.

4. Your customers

You are responsible for billing your customers, collecting payment and any taxes on your sales, and for giving them correct information about the plan. You must have each customer's permission to create an account for them. Customers' accounts and files belong to the customers: you can see only their name, email, plan and expiry — never their passwords, files or activity.

5. Renewals and service continuity

Customers you add renew through you. If you are unavailable, suspended or do not respond to a renewal request within a reasonable time (normally 3 days), we may renew, support or transfer those customers directly so that they are not left without service.

6. Referral links

Referral partners earn the stated percentage of direct purchases made by customers who signed up through their link, credited to the wallet after the payment is confirmed and not refunded. Self-referrals, fake accounts, cashback offers that misuse our brand, spam or misleading advertising are not allowed and void the commission.

6A. Offers and bonuses

From time to time we may offer extra commission or wallet top-up bonuses for a stated period. Bonus credit is for purchases on our platform only, is not withdrawable as cash, and may be reversed if the related top-up is refunded or charged back.

7. Marketing and brand

You may use our name and logo only to promote Ajontec Tools honestly. Do not bid on our brand name in search ads, pretend to be us, or claim any connection with a government body.

8. Refunds and withdrawals

Wallet money is used for purchases on Ajontec Tools. Unused balance may be refunded on written request, minus payment gateway charges, after we check for misuse. Plan activations already made are not refundable to the wallet, except where the plan could not be delivered.

9. Security

Keep your login and two-step verification secure. Actions taken from your account are your responsibility. Tell us immediately at support@ajontec.com if you suspect misuse.

10. Data protection

You may receive your customers' names and email addresses only to serve them. Do not sell or misuse them, and follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a reseller account for breach of this agreement, our Terms or the law. Your customers keep their active plans. Either side may end this agreement with 15 days' notice; remaining wallet balance is handled as in section 8.

12. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with courts at Samastipur having exclusive jurisdiction.
