These terms are an agreement between you and Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited, GSTIN: 10AAKCD5319C1Z8, 2nd Floor, Tajpur Road, Dharampur Chowk, Near Reliance Smart Point , Samastipur, Bihar 848101 ("we"), for the use of Ajontec Tools (https://ajontectool.com). By creating an account, buying a plan or using any tool you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The service

Ajontec Tools provides online tools for documents, images, video, audio, text, developers, finance and AI. Tools run on our servers or in your browser. We may add, change or retire tools to improve the service; if a paid feature you rely on is removed during your plan, contact us and we will offer a fair solution.

2. Accounts

You must give correct information, keep your password secret and are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold except through our official Reseller programme. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent's or guardian's consent.

3. Plans, prices and taxes

Plan features, limits and prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise; a GST tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period (24 hours, 30 days or 365 days). They do not renew automatically and we never charge you again without your action.
Limits (tasks per day, file size, AI credits) apply as shown. AI credits reset monthly and do not carry over. Unused time or credits are not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.
We may change prices for future purchases; a plan you have already bought keeps its price and period.
Plans bought through an authorised reseller are billed by that reseller, who sets their own price. Renewals for such accounts are done through the reseller, or through us if the reseller is unavailable.

3A. Wallet and pay-as-you-go

You can add money to a personal wallet. When a plan limit is used up (for example daily tasks or AI credits), and you have turned on automatic wallet use, extra use is charged from the wallet at the rates shown in your dashboard before the task runs; if the task fails, the amount is returned automatically. Wallet money is prepaid credit for our services only: it does not earn interest, cannot be transferred and has no expiry while your account is active. A GST tax invoice is issued for every top-up.

3B. Team accounts

Some plans include extra users. The account owner can add team members, choose what each member can use and remove them at any time. Members share the owner's plan limits and AI credits and may use the owner's wallet only if the owner allows it. The owner is responsible for the team's use of the service.

3C. Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are valid only for the plans, people and dates stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time before use. Misuse (for example many accounts to reuse a code) cancels the benefit. Special access given to an account by us applies only until its stated end date.

4. Your content

You keep all rights in the files and text you upload. You give us only the limited permission needed to process them for your task. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights (including copyright, privacy and the rules on identity documents).

5. AI tools

AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. Check them before use, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic or official purposes. You are responsible for how you use AI output. Do not use AI tools to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.

6. Official documents and photos

Passport, visa, PAN, Aadhaar, exam and similar photo tools follow commonly published size rules. Authorities change their rules and may reject a photo for reasons outside our control (lighting, expression, glasses, background). Always check the latest official specification before submitting. We are not responsible for an application being rejected, but if a tool did not produce the size you selected, tell us and we will fix it or refund as per the Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, try to bypass limits, attack our systems or break the law, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

8. Developer API

Use of the Developer API is also subject to the limits of your API plan and the documentation on the Developers page. API keys are personal; keep them secret.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service fast and available but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data or opportunities. Keep your own copies of important files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its design, code, brand and content belong to Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except as allowed by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms; where the breach was not yours, you will receive a fair refund of the unused part of a paid plan.

12. Grievances, law and disputes

Contact support@ajontec.com or our Grievance Officer K Raj Vardhan (info@dreambspl.com); we acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Samastipur have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
