These Terms govern your use of Ajontec Tools (https://ajontectool.com), operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a parent's or guardian's consent. You are responsible for your account, keeping your password secure and all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@ajontec.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you upload. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the result you asked for. You confirm you have the right to use and process everything you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not upload unlawful content, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to break security or limits, or use the Service to harm others.

4. Plans, payments and limits

Free and paid plans have the limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are prepaid for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tools may change, be paused for maintenance or be withdrawn. Always keep your own copy of important files.

6. Accuracy of results

Calculators, converters, AI tools and checks produce results automatically and may contain errors. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and branding belong to Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Samastipur have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
