Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid plans purchased on Ajontec Tools from Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited.

1. No automatic renewal

Every paid plan is a one-time payment for the period shown (for example 30 days). Nothing is charged again automatically. There is nothing to cancel to stop future charges.

2. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• you were charged but the plan was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same order; or
• a technical problem on our side stopped you from using the paid features and we could not fix it; or
• you have made only light use of the paid features (no more than 10 tasks beyond the Free plan limits).

Refunds are not available after the refund window, or where the account was suspended for breaking our Terms.

3. How to request

Email support@ajontec.com from your registered email address with the order ID (shown in your payment receipt) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit. When a refund is made the paid plan ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

5. Failed or pending payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, it is usually reversed automatically by the bank or payment partner within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details.
