退款与取消政策

We want you to be happy with Ajontec Tools. This policy applies to plans bought directly from Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. Plans bought from a reseller are refunded by that reseller under their own terms.

1. Try before you buy

Most tools work on the Free plan, so you can test them before paying. Paid plans are one-time payments for a fixed period and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

2. When you get a full refund

• You were charged twice or charged for a plan that was not activated.
• A paid feature listed for your plan did not work and we could not fix it within 72 hours of your report.
• You ask within 7 days of purchase and have used less than 10% of the plan's daily task limit on any day and no more than 5 AI credits (for 24-hour passes: within 24 hours and before using the pass).

3. When refunds are not given

• After the refund window, or once the plan has been substantially used.
• For AI credits already used, because they cost us money with the AI provider.
• When an account is suspended for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• When an official authority rejects a photo or document for reasons not caused by a fault in our tool.

4. How to ask

Email support@ajontec.com from your account email with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer). A credit note is issued against the GST invoice.

5. Personal wallet

Money used from the wallet for tasks that ran successfully is not refundable. Failed tasks are refunded to the wallet automatically. Unused wallet balance is refunded on request when you close your account, minus payment gateway charges.

6. Reseller wallet

Reseller wallet balances are governed by the Reseller & Partner Agreement.
